With all of the performance mods available today for the Hellcat, and the ability to really crank out a lot of extra horsepower, it was time for us to make this happen.  Like the other HEMI platforms (5.7L, 6.1L, 6.4L) there are other drop-in solutions out there for the 6.2L HEMI but NONE match our materials coatings quality and specs. It’s not even close. So why would you own one of the fastest production vehicles in the world and settle for anything less than the best possible piston and rod combination if you are looking to enhance your Hellcat’s performance??

Protect your investment… Our drop-in piston and rod packages have been proven time and again for over 8 years now. Anything else is just an inferior product. Our custom Spec MAHLE Motorsports pistons and forged drop-in rods by Molnar Technologies are simply unmatched.

  • Exclusive M142 forging material used in Demon engine and Viper Race engines
  • Coated ring lands
  • Coated skirts
  • 945 DLC coated tool steel pins 
  • Top ring moved down for added strength
  • Additional cross section added to ring land between first and second compression ring for added strength
  • Increased volume of accumulator groove between first and second ring for added strength (reduce pressure spikes that cause land failures)
  • Addition of dedicated (intake and exhaust**)valve relief to accommodate larger cam profiles
  • File fit premium rings included 1mm 1mm 2mm
  • Molnar Technologies forged rods

** Dedicated reliefs mean piston is not created with 2 intake reliefs like some of our competition. This puts added material on the exhaust side of the piston for even further strength.
